Been reading Einars story since the beginning but sorry to say haven't commented very often but think what you write is very interesting and informative.

There is one thing I would like to see expanded on and that is how to make us more adaptable to cold. I am sure that you somewhat covered in one of the 3 stories but for the life of me I can't remember or find it. So if all possible would like to see a How To on it.

Einar has talked from time to time about how he does this and how others can, but yes, I'd be glad to write up my ideas on the subject and post them, and this is the perfect time, too, with winter coming up! I had thought before of doing a tutorial on cold adaptation, but didn't know if many people would be interested!

Perhaps over the weekend I will be able to prepare a post. And then folks can post about their progress, if they wish...
