Hello all. I'm EdD270, resident most of the time in the White Mountains and Mogollon Rim country of Arizona. Retired federal Special Agent, enjoy hunting, shooting, camping, hiking, and most other outdoors sports and activities. Very interested in wilderness survival stuff. Have lived/hunted/camped/etc. in TX, MO, NM, CA, CO, and of course AZ.
I so much enjoy the continuing saga of Einar and Liz, et al. What a great story and so full of useful information. Now that Einar and Liz have their own forum (huzzah!!) I look forward to getting new chapters and seeing more of FOTH's great pics of the Colo. high country. Maybe even pics of EA and Liz making stuff and living around their cabin??

Einar seldom did ever allow anyone close enough to get a picture of him, and besides, he's one ugly critter right now! :-*

I think the most we can hope for is pictures of them making/doing things, which only show their hands. But hopefully there will soon be more of that sort.

FOTH: For sure! I hear that even in the small town nearest me (40 miles away) store shelves are largely empty. I haven't been off my mountain for over a month, by now. Mar 30, 2020 16:10:20 GMT -6

We're creating a new tradition to celebrate ANZAC Day #lightupthedawn Malls are virtually empty, we walk around with masks on like the asians we used to laugh at do. steelbutterfly: by government decree. Shops are slowly restocking, but we still have shortages of staples like flour, pasta, toilet paper,milk, bread... People don't laugh and talk together in public anymore, they just rush round getting what they need and go straight Apr 24, 2020 16:19:01 GMT -6
