When the forum software was updated a couple of months ago (not my choice, they did it to all the forums) all the avatars reverted to a default, which is the snowy tree picture that you see. You ought to be able, no matter how many or few posts you have made, to go into your profile and upload the avatar of your choice. Please let me know if you're not able to do that, and I'll look into it.

It's amazing how big they will get in just 14 days. From the size of a jelly bean to adult size.
