The peanut flour cookies sound good and the picture of the oatmeal raisin would be complete with a glass of milk or coffee.  For those wanting a different type of nutella experience - I saw this at a company I order from www.netrition.com/rawtella.html It is called rawtella and the description sounds good and figure I'll have to give it a try sometime. Also finally found some coconut sugar and placed an order tonight. Puritans pride had some blonde coconut sugar listed, so figured I'd get some to try in this recipe. |

That new hazelnut spread sounds very good! I found some hazelnuts on sale a while back and have them sitting in the pantry ready to be roasted, so I can experiment with making my own Nutella-like concoction! I've been very pleased with the home-made peanut butter and almond butter, so am anxious to see how this will turn out.
Still haven't tried baking with the coconut flour or sugar, but would really like to give that a try sometime, too.
